Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with 1 to 3 years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury law, to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal representation to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle personal injury litigation cases from inception through resolution.
Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
Conduct legal research and case analysis.
Participate in depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure effective case management.
Maintain organized case files and meet all deadlines.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admitted to practice and in good standing with the [State] Bar.
1–3 years of litigation experience (personal injury preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Team-oriented and self-motivated.
