Position Overview:
Your primary responsibilities will include filing legal documents performing court research, retrieving conformed copies, and providing excellent customer service to clients and court personnel alike. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and enjoys being on the go.
Requirements
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in data entry and office software applications.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and reliability.
Qualifications:
Previous court filing or legal courier experience is a plus
Strong knowledge of California court systems a plus
Excellent communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Comfortable using smartphones, scanning apps, and legal technology platforms
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
