Qualifications: 1-3 years of administrative, legal assistant experience in law firm or healthcare environment is preferred; experience in the areas of collections, employment matters or probate preferred.
Essential Job Functions:
Assist with preparation of Probate Court filings and estate claims
Prepare and manage correspondence and documents related to corporation’s collection process
Assist with and coordinate special projects as requested by General Counsel, HR Director, and VP
Assist HR/Legal departments with correspondence
Assist with filing of court or administrative agency documents
Assist outside counsel occasionally with discovery or document requests
