Personal Injury Paralegal
Location: MAS Law – Richardson, Texas Branch
Job Overview:
MAS Law, a well-established and rapidly growing law firm, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Personal Injury Paralegal to join our Litigation team at our Richardson, Texas branch. This is a full-time position offering long-term growth and advancement opportunities within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities & Required Skills:
Minimum 1 years of experience handling the full personal injury litigation process
Proficient in preparing and drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery
Familiarity with 18.001 affidavits and DWQs
Strong organizational skills to track all case deadlines and court filings
Experience scheduling hearings, mediations, depositions, and other litigation events
Comfortable handling court filings and service of process for opposing parties
Able to assist in trial and deposition preparation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively with clients, courts, opposing counsel, experts, and mediators
Strong customer service mindset with exceptional attention to detail and work ethic
Prior experience with NEOS software is preferred
