We are looking for a Jr. Legal Business Partner to join our company.

This position will work on a Monday to Friday schedule.

What you will be doing:

  • Draft, review, and manage agreements and other legal documents to ensure compliance with legal requirements and alignment with the company’s interests.
  • Provide legal support to business units by reviewing documents, identifying potential risks, and recommending practical solutions.
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Operations, and other teams to support business objectives and ensure legal alignment in day-to-day activities.
  • Monitor and research relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to support compliance initiatives.
  • Assist in maintaining legal templates, processes, and documentation to improve efficiency and consistency across the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, Legal Management, or any related field.
  • Advanced English communication skills.
  • Experience drafting, reviewing, and managing agreements and other legal documents.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a legal role; candidates with varying levels of experience, including senior-level professionals, are encouraged to apply. Experience in payments, fintech, financial services, or related industries is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze documents, identify risks, and recommend practical solutions.
  • A proactive and curious mindset with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and solve problems independently.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A team-oriented mindset with the ability to contribute ideas and support the continuous improvement of legal processes and workflows.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have):

  • Demonstrated exposure to international compliance and regulatory requirements across high-risk jurisdictions and emerging markets.
  • Completion of a law degree (e.g., Juris Doctor, LL.B., or equivalent) is an advantage. Candidates with a law degree and relevant legal experience aligned with our business may be considered for a more senior role, depending on the depth of their experience and industry expertise.
