As we expand our team, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Jr. Case Manager to join our talented roster. The Junior Case Manager (Jr. CM) plays a critical role in ensuring consistent client communication, timely case updates, and smooth coordination between clients and internal teams. This position focuses on high-volume client interactions, immigrationrelated notifications, and structured follow-up processes, contributing directly to client satisfaction, case continuity, and operational efficiency.
Jr. Case Managers act as a frontline point of contact for clients, while maintaining strict adherence to firm policies,communication standards, and escalation protocol.
Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound client calls regarding case updates, document and form questions, and general USCIS processing information.
• Provide professional, empathetic, and personalized client communication while following firm-approved scripts and guidelnes.
• Notify clients of USCIS biometric appointments and immigration benefits (e.g., EADs, SSNs, Prima Facie determinations).
• Conduct scheduled post follow-up calls to reinforce next steps, address pending requirements, and support client retention.
• Accurately document all client interactions, calls, and notifications in internal systems (Airtable, LawRuler).
• Coordinate with Senior Case Managers, Paralegals, and the legal team, escalating complex or sensitive matters as required.
• Complete administrative tasks assigned by the Department Head while maintaining compliance with SOPs and firm policies.
