About the Role
This is a hands-on, full-time position suited to someone with experience in joint sealing who takes pride in clean finishes and getting the details right. You’ll be working on premium builds with a crew that values high standards, reliability, and doing things properly.

• Clean, consistent, and professionally executed sealant finishes
• Clear and reliable communication with our team and site managers
• Punctuality, professionalism, and pride in your work
• The ability to manage your area of work independently and efficiently
Responsibilities
• Execute joint sealing across residential and commercial sites (silicone, polyurethane, fire-rated systems)
• Prepare substrates and apply sealants to a high standard across various substrates
• Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades
• Maintain clean, safe workspaces and follow site protocols
What You Bring
• Proven experience in joint sealing (fire caulking experience is a bonus)
• Strong product and substrate knowledge
• High attention to detail and finish
• White Card and driver’s licence
• Great attitude, clear communicator, and self-motivated
