About The Job
Royal Instrument India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Lawyer to provide legal advisory services, manage corporate contracts, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee litigation matters, and support the company’s corporate governance and risk management functions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on corporate, labour, partnership, and business matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate corporate contracts and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Coordinate litigation matters and manage external legal counsel.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks.
- Maintain legal documentation and corporate records.
Eligibility
Applicants Should Have
- LL.B. degree (LL.M. preferred).
- Valid Bar Council registration and licence to practice law.
- 3–5 years of experience in corporate law.
- Strong legal research, drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- High ethical standards and the ability to handle confidential matters.
