Job Details
As an IP Patent Paralegal/Specialist, you’ll be handling U.S. and international patent prosecution, docketing, and filings. Your role is key in making sure patent protection runs smoothly from start to finish.
Your day-to-day includes:
Coordinating domestic and international patent filings
Managing docketing deadlines and compliance
Handling patent assignments, renewals, and oppositions
Preparing reports, tracking case status, and ensuring documentation is flawless
What you need:
2+ years of patent experience
Knowledge of USPTO filings, PCT, and foreign filings
Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects
Familiarity with Word, Excel, Innovation, PATTSY, and Lexis/Nexis
