Job Summary
We are seeking a Contract Attorney to take cases as needed. Next Monday, March 17th, will be your first appearance, in order to obtain a continuance. We will brief you on the case and provide everything necessary to compete your work. You will have a Senior Paralegal at your disposal, who is ready to prep you for the case.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in litigation in Georgia. The Contract Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, drafting documents, and representing clients in various legal matters.
Responsibilities
Represent clients in state and county courts in civil litigation matters.
Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, wills, trusts, and other estate planning instruments.
Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and provide informed legal advice.
Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop effective strategies for client representation.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Georgia bar.
Prior experience representing clients in State Court of Cobb County.
