An Elite Global Law Firm is hiring an IP Litigation Paralegal in Washington, DC. Hybrid schedule with competitive Big Law compensation package. This is a dedicated IP litigation seat, not a rotation through a general staffing pool, and the paralegals on this team stay with their cases from filing through trial and appeals.
What you’ll do
- Prepare deposition and trial materials, including exhibit lists, witness binders, designations, and counter-designations
- Cite-check briefs and coordinate filings in federal district courts and before administrative tribunals
- Track deadlines, scheduling orders, and protective order obligations across parallel proceedings, including compressed ITC timelines
- Manage document review and production workflows in Relativity and comparable platforms, from collection through production
What you need
- 3+ years of IP litigation experience as a paralegal
- Bachelor’s degree
- Hands-on experience with Relativity or a similar document review platform
- Commutable to DC for on-site work as case needs require
Nice to have: Paralegal certificate, ITC or PTAB experience, and trial support background are pluses, not requirements.
Pay: Up to $105,000.00 per year
