The ideal Intellectual Property Litigation Attorney will have a wide range of knowledge on intellectual property matters including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
Intellectual Property Litigation Responsibilities:
Represent clients in intellectual property litigation, including patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secrets disputes.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation-related documents.
Conduct legal research and analysis on complex IP issues.
Intellectual Property Litigation Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from accredited law school.
Actively barred in the state of residency.
Minimum 3+ years of experience.
