Key Responsibilities:
Representing a variety of legal matters
Conducting depositions and drafting legal documents
Identifying and collaborating with experts
Maintaining client relationships
Assisting with cases from inception to trial
Requirements:
Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
1+ years of insurance defense experience
Experience with litigation cases preferred
Strong desire to learn and grow in a collaborative environment
Trial experience a plus
