Simmons and Hanbury are working on an outstanding opportunity for a mid-to-senior level investment management and regulatory attorney to join a leading global investment firm.
The role sits within a highly sophisticated legal and compliance team advising on a broad range of matters across investment management, fund structuring, regulatory strategy, and trading-related issues. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business on complex and high-impact initiatives.
Ideal candidates will have:
• Strong experience with the Investment Advisers Act, Investment Company Act, and related regulatory frameworks
• Experience advising hedge funds, private funds, asset managers, or financial institutions
• Excellent judgment, commercial acumen, and communication skills
• Training from a top law firm and/or in-house experience within asset management or financial services
