This practice is consistently recognized as a leading investment management practice and represents investors and sponsors forming private and public investment vehicles, as well as in IPOs, spin-outs, and mergers and acquisitions.

Required *
· 2 or more years of investment management experience, including 1940 Act registered funds experience and business development company work
· Experience from a large law firm investment management practice is preferred
· Excellent academic credentials
