Conduct legal research and analysis to support fund formation and operational matters.
Assist with compliance and regulatory matters related to investment funds, including SEC filings and reporting requirements.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address fund-related issues and provide strategic legal guidance.
Manage due diligence processes and provide legal opinions on investment fund matters.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting private equity and investment funds.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in private equity fund formation and related operational matters.
Proven track record of handling complex fund-related transactions and legal issues.
Strong understanding of investment fund structures, regulatory frameworks, and market practices.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
