An excellent opportunity for a 3-7 PQE Investment Funds Associate to join a highly regarded and growing private funds practice in Dubai.
The team advises sovereign wealth funds, institutional investors, private equity sponsors, asset managers and family offices on sophisticated regional and international private funds matters.
The Role
- Advising on fund formation and structuring across private equity, private credit, infrastructure, real estate and other alternative asset classes
- Drafting and negotiating LPAs, PPMs, subscription agreements, side letters and investment management documentation
- Advising institutional investors on fund investments, co-investments and separately managed accounts
- Exposure to fund-of-one, joint venture, co-sponsored and other bespoke fund structures
- Working across international fund jurisdictions including DIFC, ADGM, Cayman and Luxembourg
- Significant cross-border exposure, working closely with the firm’s wider global funds network
Candidate Profile
- 3-7 PQE with experience from a leading UK or US private funds / investment funds practice
- Strong technical grounding in private funds and fund documentation
- Experience in fund formation, investor-side work or both
- Exposure to co-investments, secondaries or bespoke fund structures advantageous
- Strong academic and professional credentials
- Arabic advantageous but not essential
