Position Highlights: a salary Range: of $55,000–$70,000 annually (includes bonus potential) with a structured bonus and incentive plan. Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance. 401(k) with company match. Paid time off and holidays

Compensation:

$55,000 – $70,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
Interact with potential clients through phone, email, and chat, ensuring a professional and empathetic experience.
Deliver clear and helpful information about our services.
Resolve concerns and inquiries with a focus on client satisfaction.
Travel between Klie Law office locations to meet with prospective clients.
Qualifications:
A strong interest in consultative solutions selling.
Not deterred or afraid of rejection.
Demonstrated, proven success in lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and closing customers.
Independent, self-starter who thrives on immersion in a rapidly changing environment and excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proactive, can-do attitude, with great follow-through and resourcefulness, along with attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to be personable yet persistent.
Knowledge of the legal industry is an asset.
Real-life experience & a few “battle scars” to give you empathy and understanding is an asset.
Experience overcoming a major obstacle in life and making an important change in your life, so you know at your core that others can do it too, is a plus.
