You need to have 1.5 years of experience in compliance/risk management (Can be law enforcement, military, etc.) (No correctional/probation officers). They won’t be able to convert at 6 months if they don’t have 2+ years of relative experience so 6 months will be with us. I can also submit candidates with strong AML/Fraud Investigations/Risk/Compliance backgrounds.
