Responsibilities
Consumer Advocacy law firm in Santa Monica is seeking a driven and determined Legal Intake Specialist to become a part of its consumer team. The ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor in interacting with potential clients and will be persistent and patient in following up with prospective clients.
Responsibilities include:
Calling prospective clients
Obtaining pertinent information from prospective clients
Drafting and sending engagement letters and initial documents to prospective clients
Required Qualifications:
Previous experience with tele-marketing, intake and/or handling high volume of calls on a daily basis (prior experience in a law firm is not required, but preferred)
Ability to be polite, professional and eloquent while speaking with potential clients
Ability to pay close attention to detail and must have strong organizational skills
Ability to communicate effectively, listen closely and convey questions and instructions clearly
Must have persistence and patience with following up and helping potential clients
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
