Job Description
- Provide legal support for SHINING 3D’s international operations, with focus on Asia‑Pacific regions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts (distribution, sales, procurement, NDAs, etc.).
- Advise on compliance with local laws and regulations in jurisdictions where the company operates.
- Manage intellectual property matters (trademarks, patents, copyrights) and coordinate with external counsel.
- Support data privacy and export control compliance.
- Handle dispute resolution and litigation management when necessary.
- Collaborate with HQ legal team and cross‑functional departments.
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments in relevant markets.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or above; qualified lawyer in China or common law jurisdiction preferred.
- Minimum 3 years experience in corporate/commercial law, preferably in a multinational or technology company.
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of IP, data privacy, and international trade regulations.
- Excellent written and spoken English (Mandarin is a plus for HQ coordination).
- Ability to work independently and across time zones.
- Base locations: Hangzhou, Hong Kong, or Malaysia.
