Key activities in this role are review of contracts (e.g. as part of a contract/toolkit review projects), reviewing and proposing recommendations to streamline legal/compliance processes, enhancing automation and improving process management, conducting legal research on best practices in legal operations, compliance, and contract management and support the Legal/Compliance Teams in updating policies, internal guidelines and training materials.
