Key Responsibilities:
• Leverage your $2MM+ portable book of business to drive client growth and development.
• Collaborate with top-tier attorneys to deliver superior results in both litigation and transactional IP matters.
Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in IP litigation, patent prosecution, patent litigation, trademarks, data privacy, AI, or any combination.
• Strong academic and firm credentials.
• Proven business development skills with a portable book of $2MM+.
Compensation
• Estimated total compensation ranges from $750,000 to $4,000,000+, depending on the size and profitability of the candidate’s portable book of business, billable hours, origination credits, client development efforts, etc.
