Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Gurugram for an Intellectual Property Paralegal at LEX IP CARE LLP. The Paralegal will be responsible for tasks related to Patent Applications, Patent Preparation, Legal Document Preparation, Patent Law, and Intellectual Property on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
Patent Applications and Patent Preparation skills
Legal Document Preparation and Patent Law skills
Understanding of Intellectual Property laws
Experience in Patent Prosecution and Litigation
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
B.Com or B.A candidates preferred
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
