Title: Intellectual Property Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced Trademark Paralegal to support our client. You will assist IP attorneys in all areas of U.S. and international trademark prosecution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing complex portfolios, working in a fast‑paced environment, and collaborating across teams.
What You’ll Do:
• Prepare and file U.S. trademark applications, office action responses, renewals, and related filings
• Prepare and file Madrid Protocol applications and WIPO submissions
• Work with foreign associates on national filings, renewals, and provisional refusals
• Conduct preliminary clearance searches and review trademark watch notices
• Manage and track large U.S. and international trademark portfolios
• Assist with TTAB filings, oppositions, cancellations, and enforcement matters
• Draft assignments, security agreements, and recordation documents
• Support additional IP tasks including domain name matters, UDRP actions, IP due diligence, and copyright filings
What We’re Looking For:
• ABA‑approved Paralegal Certificate (required)
• 4–7 years of trademark prosecution experience in a law firm
• Strong knowledge of USPTO, WIPO, and foreign trademark procedures
• Experience with trademark docketing and portfolio management
• Excellent attention to detail, writing skills, and time management
• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Teams/Zoom, and document management systems

Compensation for this position ranges from 100k-120k USD Annually.
Actual compensation will vary based on experience, education, and skill level.
