JSH defends clients of all sizes, across multiple industries in Arizona, New Mexico and Utah. Clients are represented by trial and appellate attorneys who are familiar with the industries they serve and the current needs of their clients. Today, JSH has over 100 attorneys and 110 legal support staff, many of whom have spent their entire career at JSH.
JSH is seeking a legal assistant to join the Appellate Group in our Arizona office. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of law firm experience, and must have appellate experience, along with substantial diverse experience and familiarity in Federal, State Rules, along with Court of Appeals. Candidates must have a stable work history, exceptional communication, and organizational skills, along with stellar attention to detail. Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to, calendar & deadline management, transcribing dictation, filing, preparation of correspondence, legal documents, and strong technical skills.
