Intellectual Property Litigation Associate – Life Sciences
Our client is a major Am law 100 firm, seeking a mid-level life science IP litigation associate for its Washington, DC office. The firm will also consider other firm locations, including Chicago, Houston, Dallas, Los Angeles, Miami, Charlotte, New York, San Francisco, and Silicon Valley.
The salary for this role is between $260k to $390k.
Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in IP life science litigation in a law firm.
- Life science degree, such as biochemistry, biology, chemistry, biomedical science, chemical engineering, molecular biology, pharmacy, or related.
- Experience managing Hatch-Waxman, biosimilar, or competitor pharmaceutical cases in district court or before the PTAB preferred.
- Strong research, writing, and analytic skills; team focused.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
