We are seeking a highly skilled IP Legal Assistant to support Fee Earners in managing high-profile intellectual property portfolios. This is your opportunity to join a prestigious legal firm and make an impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a primary point of contact for clients and foreign agents, addressing queries efficiently.
Assist with document preparation, including assignments, name/address updates, and notarized/legalized documents.
Oversee the filing of PCT, EP, and international trademark applications, ensuring compliance with all deadlines.
Draft and deliver client communications and maintain up-to-date case files using the firm’s Document Management System (DMS).
Support invoicing, cost estimates, and client portfolio management.
Collaborate with team members, contribute to process improvements, and support business projects.
Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in a legal or IP assistant role.
Strong attention to detail, excellent literacy, and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
Proficiency in tools such as MS Office, DMS platforms, and IP-specific filing systems.
A proactive and team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
