This position is part of the Global Intellectual Property Department, dedicated to advising and supporting Louis Vuitton on brand protection matters across the South Asia markets.
Job responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities
Support cease and desist actions against infringers.
Assist in drafting authentication reports and witness statements.
Conduct legal research on IP-related topics.
Assist in managing raid actions.
Conduct market visits to identify infringements and purchase samples.
Assist in collecting evidence for litigation.
Profile
Employment Type and Profile
Must be able to commit for at least 6 months (July to December 2025) for a full-time internship.
The intern must be an independent individual who is detailed oriented and meticulous, highly adaptable, and flexible to accept new ideas, people, and procedures. Open to penultimate and final year law students.
