Duties:
Handle the United States and international intellectual property matters, focusing on trademark and copyright disputes.
Manage and negotiate trademark and licensing transactions.
Draft, review, and analyze legal documents, including complaints, responses, and discovery materials.
Conduct in-depth legal research to support case strategy and development.
Represent clients in litigation and dispute resolution proceedings.
Collaborate with colleagues and maintain direct interaction with clients to deliver tailored legal solutions.
Requirements:
10–15 years of experience in intellectual property law, strongly emphasizing trademarks, copyrights, and licensing.
Demonstrated expertise in managing complex intellectual property disputes.
Strong drafting, research, and oral communication abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and build strong client relationships.
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with an excellent academic record.
Certifications:
Admission to the State Bar of New York; additional admission in New Jersey is a plus.
