The ideal candidate will have a degree and experience in either electrical engineering, computer technology, or mechanical engineering. Duties
include managing and prosecuting patent applications in various technical fields such as electrical engineering, software, and mechanical engineering; providing counsel on patent and trademark-related matters including litigation, licensing, and portfolio management; drafting patent and trademark applications, responses to office actions, and other related documents; and working to understand clients’ technologies to offer strategic advice regarding intellectual property development, enforcement, and monetization.
