IP Prosecution and Litigation Attorney – Technology
Our client is a major international firm seeking a patent associate for its Intellectual Property practice in Boston, Denver, New York, San Francisco, Palo Alto, or Washington, DC. The salary range for this position is $235k to $310k. Experience in patent prosecution and patent litigation is required.
Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in both patent prosecution and IP litigation.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar disciplines. A graduate degree and/or industry experience are preferred.
State bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice.
Admission to practice before the USPTO.
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, along with strong analytical abilities.
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
