Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Attorney to join our growing legal team, focusing on real estate transactions and estate administration. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of property law, wills and estates, and probate procedures. As a Junior Attorney, you will support senior counsel in handling real estate transactions, real estate litigation, estate planning, and estate administration matters.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw to support case strategies.
Draft legal documents including briefs, contracts, and pleadings across various practice areas.
Assist in the preparation of cases related to real estate law.
Collaborate with senior attorney on case management and strategy development.
Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations, including tribal law regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients to gather information and provide updates on case progress.
Attend court hearings and client meetings as needed to support senior attorneys.
Experience
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates.
Experience or coursework in areas such as immigration law, family law, estate planning, or patent law is highly desirable.
Proficiency in legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to write clearly and persuasively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
A proactive attitude towards learning and professional development within the legal field.

Pay: $86,164.00 – $91,506.00 per year
