Fast paced residential real estate closing practice has an immediate need for a paralegal to handle the back end of a file once the file is closed and through recordation and disbursement. Communicating with real estate agents, buyers and sellers with every closing. Experience with SoftPro and Simplifile is preferred. Experience with Closing Disclosures, ALTA settlement statements and real estate loan packages is preferred. Compensation commensurate with experience.
