We are growing and are in need of an Intake specialist who is fluent in Spanish and English and is comfortable and at ease in a sales driven position. The Legal Intake Specialist position involves surveying potential clients based on the details of their case, closing contracts, translating for attorneys and providing intake services for our respective departments.
Legal Intake Specialist have opportunity for a monthly bonus in addition to a set hourly rate.
The ideal candidate possesses:
Experience in Sales, Intake, or a Legal Office Setting
Ability to fluently speak Spanish and translate documents
Ability to multi-task
Excellent customer service skills
Professional demeanor and excellent work ethic
Ability to work Saturday mornings
Comfortable with Outdoor Marketing
Training
Our extensive training program covers legal service knowledge and sales training for beginners. If you have a passion for sales we will provide the strategies and material to master your pitch
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
