Part-time Bay Area Family Law Attorney Needed – $150.00/hour
Requirements:
· California licensed attorney in good standing with no disciplinary history.
· Lead attorney position: must be a self-starter who can run all aspects of their cases.
· Minimum of 3 years family law experience; strong knowledge of California family law procedures and court rules; solid trial experience a must.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Must be very responsive and empathetic to clients.
· Detail-oriented with very strong organizational skills.
· Candidate located (resides) within reasonable travel distance of San Francisco / Oakland / Berkely.
Duties:
· The successful candidate will possess the skills and desire to run all aspects of their cases and handle a wide variety of family law matters for a diverse population of clients.
· No minimum billed-hours requirement.
· Must be able to work remotely.
· Knowledge of Clio legal software a plus.
