GURSTEL LAW FIRM, P.C. – Commercial Intake Specialist
JOB SUMMARY as a Commercial Intake Specialist at our law firm you will be responsible to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner. To be successful, you will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask, have a high level of attention to detail, and have strong customer service skills.
Ensure new clients are set up accurately with Company technology infrastructure.
Ensure legal acknowledgements and demands are completed within Client requirements.
Timely inputting of placements
Responsible for all applicable daily upload and download activity.
Data entry
Resolve issues on a timely basis.
Work a queue of codes to ensure all codes are addressed and up to date.
Responsible for retrieving legal documents from external clients.
All other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
50 WPM typing skills.
Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
Have a valid driver’s license.
Ability to maintain professionalism at all times under stressful situations.
Ability to provide a positive attitude under time constraints.
Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints.
Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision.
Ability to work in a high-volume environment.

TRAVEL – This position requires up to 0-5% travel. Travel excludes local commute.
