Job Summary
Special Markets Insurance Consultants Inc is a Managing General Underwriter (MGU) specializing in accident insurance for schools, amateur sports, special events, volunteer groups, religious groups and non-profits. We are looking for a detail oriented team player to issue policies during our peak season from March/April – October.
Responsibilities and Duties
Review system to ensure all data entered correctly.
Generate policies and review prior to release to ensure correctness.
Issue invoices as needed
Issue claim forms
Email policy documents to agents and/or policyholders and carriers
Respond to email inquiries from agents and insureds
Updates account files with correspondence
Qualifications and Skills
High School Diploma
Organizational skills
Above average attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
Good verbal and written communication
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
