Becker Bouwkamp Walker, PC, a boutique family law firm, seeking a client intake specialist to assist team with existing family law caseload. Ideal candidates will have experience in professional settings and exceptional interpersonal skills. Intake specialist to serve as primary point of contact for new clients, responsible for gathering initial information, and manage onboarding. Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and web inquiries from prospective and current clients. Coordinate initial consultations and client appointments. Draft client correspondence. Manage office supplies and firm luncheons.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, CRM databases, or industry-specific case management tools. High school diploma or equivalent required. 30 hours per week, in office work, from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
