Drive Transactions Forward – Conduct due diligence for a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing.
Own the Details – Review and summarize title commitments, surveys, and lien searches to ensure smooth transactions.
Be a Problem Solver – Work closely with attorneys and clients to clear title issues and secure title policies.
Handle Key Documentation – Draft and file deeds, mortgages, leases, UCC financing statements, and other essential documents.
Navigate Government Agencies – Coordinate and process municipality documentation to facilitate seamless closings.
Stay Organized – Prepare closing checklists, draft correspondence, and thorough record-keeping for client correspondence.
