- Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle incoming client inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
- Conduct thorough screenings and evaluations to determine case eligibility.
- Gather and input critical case details into the firm’s case management system.
- Schedule consultations and follow up with potential clients.
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure seamless case transitions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation while providing top-tier client service.
Pay range: 22 – 32 USD per hour (Beverly Hills-Corporate Office).
