No law firm experience preferred.

We are seeking someone that can thrive in a fast-paced, every-day-is-a-new-challenge environment. This person needs to be a great communicator, an efficient and effective time manager, and a team player.

Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our attorneys, communicating regularly with clients, and managing our firm’s general administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills, be a fast learner, and have proficiency and confidence with basic office software.

Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule appointments
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Maintain contact lists
Provide general support to clients
Act as the point of contact for clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,150.00 – $49,150.00 per year
