YOUR DAY-TO-DAY MIGHT INCLUDE:
Prepare all client documents for the day’s signings to ensure all necessary materials are ready for signature.
Set up in-office workshops by creating and distributing materials, as well as greeting guests upon their arrival with a smile that says, “we’ve been expecting you.”
Deliver final product by preparing binders, copies, and scans of executed estate planning documents.
Process incoming and outgoing mail for the firm and managing office supplies.
Light cleaning duties such as loading and emptying dishwasher, taking out the trash and vacuuming of high traffic areas
Work on supplemental projects to assist attorney, paralegal and client services with high workload circumstances.

REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma/equivalent with 2-3 years customer service experience.
The ability to maintain confidentiality in regard to your team members and clients
