Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and in good standing.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Personal Injury
- Plaintiff-Side Litigation
- Pre-Litigation
- Mass Torts
- Legal Intake
- Strong knowledge of:
- Personal Injury law
- Liability and damages analysis
- Insurance coverage principles
- Statutes of limitation
- Case evaluation and legal risk assessment
- Ability to make accurate legal decisions in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication, client counseling, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM, intake, or case-management systems.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Pay: $110,000.00 – $124,000.00 per year
