Experience managing case calendars and coordinating with attorneys via email and Microsoft Teams.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for clients and prospective clients via phone, email, and online inquiries.
Conduct initial case screenings, gather relevant details, and assess potential claims.
Explain firm services, intake procedures, and next steps to prospective clients.
Accurately input and maintain client information in the case management system.
Schedule attorney consultations as needed.
Follow up on pending intakes to ensure timely completion of required documentation.
Retrieve records and generate legal documents as required.
Manage case-related data entry and document organization.
Maintain and update case calendars.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and other staff to streamline the intake process.
Software & Tools:
Proficiency in case management software and basic computer skills.
Use of a dedicated computer profile for firm applications.
Access to web-based platforms, including digital phone systems, Neos case management software, and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Teams).
Credentials and licenses will be provided.
