Job Description
Blair Law Offices seeks an Attorney to represent Employers and Insurers in workers’ compensation defense. Salary is based upon experience. All inquiries are held to strictest of confidence. Generous bonus structure given.
Responsibilities:
Litigate before the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission
Depose individuals
Prepare legal documents
Advise clients
Develop defenses
Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
Qualifications:
Must be presently admitted to the Virginia bar at time of application
Must be a self-starter
Must have ability to build rapport with clients
Must have strong communication skills
Veterans, new, and/or transitioning attorneys are always welcome to apply
