Busy law firm looking for a high-energy self-motivated paralegal or legal assistant with a positive attitude for our Dyer office. Candidates will assist multiple attorneys in client communication, maintain calendars, schedule appointments, open and organize client files as well as draft pleadings, discovery and motions. Qualifications include: (i) strong team player, (ii) positive attitude, (iii) attention to detail, (iv) ability to stay organized, (v) strong work ethic, (vi) willingness to proactively find solutions and (vii) ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.) is our choice software program. Salary commensurate with experience, health benefits and 401(k) available.
