Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Associate Attorney with at least 2 years of experience in insurance defense or personal injury litigation. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes ownership of their work and is eager to take cases through all stages of litigation, including trial, and is committed to delivering high-quality, ethical legal representation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of insurance defense and/or personal injury matters
- Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice
- Prepare cases for trial and actively participate in courtroom proceedings
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Provide strategic legal analysis and recommendations
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Nevada
- 2+ years of relevant litigation experience (insurance defense or personal injury)
- Trial experience or a strong willingness to go to trial
- Strong analytical, writing, and advocacy skills
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and trustworthiness
