We are looking for a self-starter who is able to multitask and is able to work with the public.
Full Time or Part Time, depending on the candidate.
Qualified candidates will be contacted for interviews.
Responsibilities and Duties
Answering phones
Taking messages or routing calls to specific people
Greeting customers
Scheduling appointments
Taking payments
Data entry
Assisting clients with various forms
Scanning and making copies for clients & attorneys
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Previous office experience is a plus.
