What You’ll Do
- Represent clients in all stages of insurance defense litigation.
- Act tactically to minimize potential liabilities and protect client interests.
- Draft and review motions, pleadings, and discovery responses and participate in depositions.
- Collaborate with clients and counsel to devise the most effective litigation strategies.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and ethical guidelines of legal practice.
What You Bring
- Juris Doctor Degree and Arizona State Bar admission required.
- Proven experience as a senior attorney, specifically in insurance defense litigation for trucking and premises background.
- Excellent judgement with an ability to strategize and negotiate effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to providing high‑quality legal services to clients.
