The Capital Law Firm P.C., seeking a Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Manage cases from filing through trial, handling all phases of pre-litigation
Lead settlement negotiations and effectively advocate for clients
Take and defend depositions
Handle motion practice and trial preparation
Develop case strategies and legal theories to drive results
Collaborate with paralegal and secretarial support, and receive assistance with legal research and motion practice, so you can focus on high-level strategy and litigation
Qualifications:
Juris Doctorate (JD) and current good standing with the California State Bar
Solid understanding of personal injury law and legal procedures
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Strong multi-tasking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent legal research, analytical, and writing skills
Superior interpersonal and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 – $190,000.00 per year
